30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE* We stand behind our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

ELIGIBILITY To be eligible for a return your item must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In its original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
Items that have been opened, used or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a change of mind return.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS If your item arrives faulty or damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@aquasunset.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN To initiate a return please email us at support@aquasunset.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
RETURN SHIPPING Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.
REFUNDS Once your return has been received and inspected we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
